Review:
Oh my goodness I’m lost for words at the end of this trilogy. It took a turn I wasn’t expecting and I honestly found myself with something in my eye.
The passing of a character I truly hoped for a happy ending for and the thought that maybe this time Wendy really might be going.
This book was filled with a bit more action and a lot more gore than the previous two. Not for the faint hearted - Ma is on top
form when holidaying in Europe.
Jimmy, Kid and the band are finally making it big and I feel that having watched them grow since book one they truly deserve the fame and fortune.
As always Guy Hale writes with passion and wit. I like the ending doesn’t give it all. There’s scope for the mind to build the next chapter and there’s no fake we all lived happy ever after.
